3. Cleaning Services

• Booking a cleaning service through our website constitutes a request, not a confirmed appointment, until you receive a confirmation from VAEL Essentials.
• Final pricing for cleaning services depends on the size of your home, number of rooms/bathrooms, and overall condition.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

4. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, address, email, phone) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to complete your order.
